【デベロッパー名】（以下、「当方」といいます。）は、当方が提供するスマートフォンアプリケーション（以下、「本アプリ」といいます。）における、ユーザーの個人情報を含む利用者情報の取扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー（以下、「本ポリシー」といいます。）を定めます。
本ポリシーにおいて、「利用者情報」とは、ユーザーの識別に係る情報、通信サービス上の行動履歴、その他ユーザーのスマートフォンにおいて生成または蓄積された情報であって、本ポリシーに基づき当方が収集するものを意味します。

ユーザーが、本アプリに登録した情報の削除を希望される場合は、以下の「問い合わせ窓口」に設置されているフィードバックフォームよりご連絡ください。
その際、データ特定および本人確認のため、ユーザーごとに割り当てられる「UID（ユーザーID）」の提供を要求いたします。UIDの確認が取れ次第、速やかにデータの削除対応を行います。
当方は、利用者情報の取扱いに関する運用状況を適宜見直し、継続的な改善に努めるものとし、必要に応じて本ポリシーを変更することがあります。変更した場合は、本アプリ内または適切な場所に掲載する方法でユーザーに通知します。
